Our Programs & Services

Supportive Employment- Provides training at a community-based site, teaching jobs skills, workplace behavior, and community interaction. Individuals are paid on a piece-rated or deviated wage basis, based off of their individual skill level.

Employment Services -  FWO works with individuals to develop an appropriate job in their community, we also provide job coaching and follow along as needed.

Work Services - Individuals in this program are trained in Pre-Vocational skill areas and are given the opportunity to work on a variety of work skills daily.

Senior Activities - Any individual who is working at FWO over the age of 50 can participate in this program. Each individual chooses the number of days they would like to go out to a community based senior activity.

Community Services - Individuals choose to work on a volunteer or paid crew. These meaningful activities provide a greater sense of self-worth, community interaction and skill building.
